It was my good friend, Sherry Holm, who "borrowed" Florin and decided to teach her Agility which is an activity that Sherry insisted that Florin continue since she enjoyed it so much.  That is how I got started in Agility training -- Florin being my first Agility dog -- she and I learned the sport together.  Successfully, I might add, since we managed as a team to earn her excellent standard and jumpers agility titles.  Being a petite sized Cavalier, 13 lbs. if we were lucky, Florin took a while to be noticed in the conformation ring but finally her sound structure and presence were recognized and she gained all of her majors from the Health & Conformation classes where acceptance in these classes were based on clear health certifications at 5 years of age or over, for heart, eyes and patellas and clear hips at 2 years or older.  At well over 8 years of age Florin continues to be heart clear, typical of her excellent health lineage of clear hearts.  Her littermates were also clear past 6 years of age and her mother, CKCSC Ch. Chadwick Calamity Jane, passed away a few months shy of her 16th birthday.
